Terms of Service
Last updated October 31, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to this website and to RichVoIP services. RichVoIP is a product of Beay Solutions, LLC, based in Orlando, Florida ("RichVoIP", "we", "us"). By using the website or the services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
If you sign a quote, order or service agreement with us, it is part of these Terms. Where it says something different from these Terms, the signed document controls.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website or the services after a change, the updated Terms apply.
2. Service and packages
RichVoIP is an internet-based (VoIP) business phone system for businesses in the United States. It comes in two packages with the same features: Cloud, for use with your own compatible phone or the RichVoIP app, and Complete, which includes a desk phone.
Your quote confirms the package, the number of extensions, the price and any extras. Some services, such as SMS and MMS messaging, cost extra. Features marked "Coming soon" on the website are not part of the service until we tell you they are available.
The service needs a working internet connection and electrical power at your location. Please read the 911 / E911 Notice, which explains how this affects emergency calls.
We can move (port) your existing phone numbers to RichVoIP. Porting usually takes 10 to 14 days and depends on your current carrier; a temporary number or call forwarding can be set up in the meantime. You must be authorized to move every number you ask us to port.
3. Billing and fees
Packages are billed monthly at the price in your quote. We don't charge setup or porting fees.
- A Telecom Recovery Fee of $2.50 per line is charged each month. It is RichVoIP's fee, not a tax.
- Applicable federal, state and local taxes are added to your bill.
- Extras you choose, such as SMS and MMS messaging, are billed as set out in your quote.
Payment dates and payment methods are set out in your service agreement. If a payment is late, we may contact you and, if it stays unpaid, suspend the service as described in your agreement.
4. Term and cancellation
Both packages start with a minimum term of 12 months. What happens when the term ends, and how cancellation and early termination work, are explained in your quote and set out in your service agreement.
We may suspend or end the service if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if you don't pay, or if the law requires it. Where possible, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for how your business, your employees and anyone else with access uses your account and phones, and for keeping your login details secure.
If you turn on call recording, transcription or AI summaries, you are responsible for giving callers any notice and getting any consent the law requires. Some states, including Florida, require everyone on a call to agree before it is recorded. AI summaries are created automatically and can contain mistakes.
6. Limitation of liability
The website and the services are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, especially when problems come from your internet connection, power, equipment or other carriers.
To the extent the law allows, RichVoIP and Beay Solutions, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Your service agreement may set further limits on liability.
