Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

This policy explains how RichVoIP, a product of Beay Solutions, LLC ("we", "us"), handles personal information from this website and our services.

  • When you request a quote: your name, business name, phone number, email address, the number of extensions you need, your preferred language and your agreement to be contacted.
  • When you ask to hear about an integration or request one: your email address and the integration or tool you name.
  • When you contact support: what you tell us and how to reach you.
  • When you use the service: account and billing details, your phone numbers, call records (such as time, length and the numbers involved), voicemail and, if your business turns them on, call recordings, transcripts and AI summaries.
  • Technical information: our hosting and spam-protection providers process details such as your IP address, browser and device to deliver the website and block automated abuse.

We use one small cookie to remember the language you choose. We don't use advertising cookies, and we count visits with cookie-free statistics (pages viewed and the website that sent you).

2. How we use it

  • To prepare your quote and contact you about it by phone, text or email, in the language you chose.
  • To set up, provide, support and bill the service, including moving your numbers.
  • To let you know when an integration you asked about is available.
  • To protect the website and the service from spam, fraud and abuse.
  • To meet legal duties, including routing 911 calls to the right emergency center.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it.

3. Call recordings and transcripts

Call recording, transcription and AI summaries are features your business controls. When they are on, we process recordings, transcripts and summaries on your business's behalf to provide them, and your business decides who can see them.

Your business is responsible for telling callers about recording and getting any consent the law requires. How long recordings, transcripts and summaries are kept is set out in your service agreement.

4. Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers that help us run the website and the service, such as hosting, database storage, email delivery and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), under their own privacy commitments.
  • With telephone carriers and partners needed to connect calls, deliver messages, move numbers and route 911 calls.
  • When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, the public or RichVoIP.
  • If our business is merged or sold, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

5. Your choices

  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@richvoip.com. We may need to keep some records, such as billing records, where the law requires it.
  • You can ask us to stop contacting you about a quote at any time.
  • You can delete the language cookie in your browser settings.

We protect personal information with reasonable security measures, such as restricted access to stored form submissions, but no system is completely secure. The website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top.
