Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use the RichVoIP website: to learn about our services, compare packages, request a quote and get support, in English, Portuguese or Spanish.

2. Standards we follow

We design and build this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. That includes:

• Text and controls with enough color contrast.
• Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus outline.
• Buttons and links large enough to tap (at least 44 pixels).
• Text descriptions for meaningful images.
• Pages that work when zoomed in and on small screens.
• Minimal motion that respects your device's reduced-motion setting.

3. Known limitations

• Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a third-party check against spam. It usually runs without any action from you; if it asks for a challenge you can't complete, email us instead.
• Our legal pages are available in Portuguese and Spanish, but the English version controls.
• The website has not yet had an independent accessibility audit.
